Breslin & Breslin was founded circa 1936 by John Breslin, former Bergen County Prosecutor and Roger Breslin, former New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
This combination of leading trial attorneys in New Jersey created a firm that has fought for clients rights for almost seventy years.

And today, Breslin and Breslin, with partners E. Carter Corriston, Sr., Donald A. Caminiti and Angelo Bello form the nucleus of the trial form. We practice personal injury law which includes injuries resulting from medical malpractice, automobile accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries and unsafe products. We also handle worker's compensation matters, criminal defense matters, real estate law and housing authority law.
